Members of the U.S. government and intelligence services, defence financiers, and any contractor or employee of any level involved in maintaining secrecy about UAPs is complicit in betraying humanity.
Complicity is a gradient, not a binary. Because complicity is a gradient, blanket immunity would be a grave mistake.
Our evidence gathering is forced to be unscientific; rather, it must be conducted as an evidence-based process, the way a corruption exposé is.
Applying a complicity gradient as seen in criminal investigation to truth and reconciliation proceedings, we can establish Earned, Tiered Accountability.
The current Pentagon-managed Disclosure process functions as undemocratic gatekeeping.
